How can I get a turnkey website?
Simply complete the order form and include the picture that you want us to display on your website. Also please tell us the domain name that you wish to use on the website and we will do the rest.
Why do you charge a setup fee and is it refundable?
The setup fee covers the cost of building and configuring your website, registering your domain name and covering the backend administration necessary to getting you up and running in the shortest possible time. This is a modest cost for the quality that you get and no this fee is not refundable.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Even though we'd hate to see you go, we know that life is unpredictable and sometimes it simply makes sense to cancel your subscription. The good news is that we allow you to cancel your subscription at any time. All we ask is that you give us 60 days written notice, so that we can properly wind down your website and contact your credit card company, in order to cease all future transactions and remove all of your credit card and other personal information from our database.
Your websites comes with Google maps mls integration but is it available to all Realtors?
This functionality is available to all Realtors whose office has signed up for idx listings. If your office has not yet sent the request to your local board for inclusion, please fill out and submit the required forms or the MLS search will not work on your website. How soon will my website be ready after I submit the order request?
Your website will be ready for use within 24-48 hrs of submitting the online request.
Can I use my debit card to pay my subscriptions?
We accept PayPal, credit card and debit card payments.
Will my subscription ever increase?
No. Your subscription will never increase, it will remain the same as the rate you paid when you first signup.
How will I know when someone signs-up on my website?
When someone signs-up, the requested report is instantly delivered to the client. Simultaneously, an email will be sent you with the persons contact information. Please note that all you have to do is follow up with your new client as we take care of all email delivery seamlessly on the back end.
Do I have to sign a contract to get a website?
No. You do not need to sign a contract to get a Realtor Turnkey Website. You may cancel your subscription at any time providing that you give us 60 days written notice. Please note that you must send the written request before your bill date to avoid paying for the following month.
Can I add additional information to my website?
Your website comes fully configured and ready for use on day one. In other words you can start advertising your website and getting leads as soon as you get the website without any additional configuration. However, if you need to add any more information to the website, please contact out design team and we will be happy to help. Please note there is no additional charges for this service.
